The conventional system wasn't built for this.

Standard hormone panels are narrow. Appointments are rushed. And when your labs come back "in range," most providers stop looking, even when you still feel off.

Colorado Hormones was built to do something different: spend real time with you, run comprehensive labs, and build a protocol that's actually calibrated to how you feel.

We're cash-pay and telehealth-first because those two things together remove the two biggest obstacles to good care: insurance gatekeeping and geography.

If you live in Colorado and you're ready to actually understand what's going on with your hormones, this practice was built for you.

Colorado Hormones is a family business, run by a nurse practitioner and a wellness coach who hold themselves to the same standard they ask of patients.

Marnie Predovich,
ACNPC-AG

Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Marnie built Colorado Hormones around a simple belief: your symptoms are signals, not sentences. As an ACNPC-AG, she brings the clinical depth to find what standard workups often overlook, and the time to actually act on it.

She goes deeper than standard labs, builds protocols around your numbers and how you're actually feeling, and adjusts them as your body changes. The goal is always continuity: care that compounds over time instead of starting over.

  • 3 years in telehealth transitional care
  • Advanced BHRT training through WorldLink Medical Academy
  • Colorado-licensed nurse practitioner
  • Expertise in men's and women's hormone health

Dan Predovich,
CWC

Certified Wellness Coach

Before this, Dan spent years as a firefighter and EMT. That work puts you face to face with how much of health is decided long before an emergency ever happens. It's what pulled him toward prevention: helping people build strength and resilience before they need to be rescued from anything.

He's a certified wellness coach and has run his own businesses for years. At Colorado Hormones, he works alongside Marnie's clinical care, handling the lifestyle side: training, habits, sleep, accountability. He's not a prescriber, and he doesn't provide medical care. He's the person making sure the plan actually happens between visits.

About the practice.

Marnie Predovich is the co-founder and lead clinical provider at Colorado Hormones. ACNPC-AG stands for Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, a certification from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. He is not a prescriber and doesn't provide medical care.

No. We do hormone optimization and related wellness care. We don't manage chronic conditions unrelated to hormones, prescribe medications for acute illnesses, or handle emergency care. If you need a primary care provider, you'll want one in addition to working with us.

Mostly. Your first visit can be in person at your home or office, and follow-up visits are by video. Bloodwork is drawn at your home or office, and medications are shipped to your door.

No. We're cash-pay only. This is intentional. Insurance billing requires prior authorizations and coverage approvals that often override clinical judgment. Cash-pay removes those barriers and lets us recommend what's actually right for your case.

We see adult men and women who are Colorado residents. Telehealth regulations require patients to be physically in Colorado at the time of their visits. We're not able to see minors or residents of other states.

A few things. We test comprehensively before we treat anything. We use bioidentical hormones, not synthetic. You have one provider throughout your entire program, not a rotating staff. And we build your protocol around your labs and your symptoms together, not a standard template.
